FROM HAPPYFIELD:

300g Dry Pancake Mix

(All-purpose flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, salt, sugar)

*Contains gluten, and may contain traces of nuts or other allergens.

FROM YOUR FRIDGE:

• 3 Whole Eggs

• 600ml Buttermilk

• 3 Tbsp Melted Butter

HAPPY STEPS FOR YOUR STACK:

  1. Crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl.

  2. Add the buttermilk and melted butter and whisk together. This is your wet mix.

  3. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and whisk until combined. Some lumps in the mix are fine. You don’t want to overwork the batter; otherwise, your pancakes will not be light n’ fluffy.

  4. Spray oil onto your frypan then wipe the pan. This will create an even colour on your pancakes.

  5. Ladle your mix into the frying pan and cook evenly on both sides.

  6. Finish your pancakes with 100% Canadian Maple Syrup and ENJOY!
